Privacy Policy
Last updated 16 September 2026
This privacy policy explains how RFT Automotive ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit this website or make an enquiry with us.
Information we collect
This website is a static, informational site. We do not run our own server-side databases. When you submit an enquiry, quote request or booking request using one of the forms on our Contact page or service pages, the information you enter (such as your name, phone number, email address and details of your vehicle or enquiry) is sent directly to us by email using our email delivery provider, Resend. These forms are protected against automated spam using Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused verification check that does not use tracking cookies or collect data for advertising purposes — see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Our ECU/TCU Remapping page also includes a vehicle tuning gains lookup tool, provided by a third-party remapping partner. This tool does not require you to submit any personal or vehicle-identifying information — it is used only to look up typical power and torque figures.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website (such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived here). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address and browsing activity on this site; see Google's privacy policy for details of how this information is processed.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange bookings, and provide quotes for our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
Google Analytics and our vehicle tuning gains lookup tool only load once you accept cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, neither will load and their cookies will not be set — you can still reach us by phone, or change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Our enquiry and quote forms do not require cookie consent to use.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, request that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted, subject to any legal requirement for us to retain records (for example, invoices). To make a request, contact us using the details on our Contact page.
